Property costs can vary depending on the apartment and whether you own or rent. There is a monthly management charge that covers maintenance of the communal areas which is currently £120 per calendar month. As it will be your property you also have your utilities, council tax and content insurance to consider.

Each apartment has been designed to be disabled friendly, well proportioned with wide doors and walkways, spacious bathrooms and ample living areas. All apartments are accessible as there is a lift and no stairs or steps. The communal grounds include beautiful gardens and a residents lounge with regular events. Locked security gates, two way communicating door entry systems and an off street car park offer further security.
